Just ordered one after a lot of research. Still planning to buy a pellet grill, but I like deep smoke also so this seemed like a good option to have also. Combined with my $175.00 Cabelas gift cards it made sense. I'm excited

Y'all need to research this cooker and buy it. I cooked ribs today thus thing is Great!

Thanks. I also have a WSM, but the PBC is less babysitting. It's a bit on the lazy side but it's more my speed. I like bbq more than the fire tending. I always had issues with my WSM. If I could get it to temp I was fine, if it got too cold or hot I always had difficulty dialing it back in. WSM can produce some killer food though too if you learn it.
