Story: "On the sunday after Thanksgiving I was hunting a hundred acre farm a friend and I have leased. My buddy told me he wasn't going to hunt, and that I needed to hunt his stand. The day started out on a bad note. About 20 minutes before daylight, my cell phone went off, spooking a a doe under my stand. At about 7:00 am, eight does worked their way under my stand, but no bucks. An hour later one single doe came under my stand, shortly followed by a spike, that looked like a nubian goat. While messing with the little buck (bleating and grunting at him), I caught movement out of the corner of my eye. This five pointer was slipping through a thicket. I hit my can once, and he changed direction and started heading towards me. He stopped about 35 yards inside the thicket, so I hit the can again. He walked about twenty yards from my stand, and the 7mm 08 did the rest. One shot put him down where he stood, grave yard dead. Shortly there after, I called my buddy and thanked him for letting me kill this one out of his stand."
