Bowfishing in Alabama?

Apparently I am going to a bowfishing tournament in April to Lake Guntersville.
I assume I will need an Alabama fishing license?

What all will I need to bowfish there? (In terms of license)

No clue about this stuff.

I'd be shooting that tourney as well, but my first baby's due date is a couple weeks after the tourney. I don't want to be in Alabama and miss something.

According to backwater's website with the rules, you will need a 7 day freshwater non resident license that is $27.85.

Yep, there will be teams from all over the country there for sure.
From a competition standpoint we have no business being there.
From a fun standpoint, we will be in the top 3.
