I'd speculate he's after whatever is providing him the most and easiest opportunities for a meal.
That would likely include young turkeys and young rabbits more than fawns, although he's likely targeting any fawn he sees or can.
What time of day are most your pics?
Could be little more than his den is surrounding by your multiple cam locations.

Man that is a large bobcat. I would consider trying to trap him come November.
