First pic is from early February. Second is from late June. It was still early in the new growth but the crab claw on his right side and the brow tines made me think maybe but also the June pic appears to be a younger buck as well. Thoughts?

I think it is likely the same deer, but there's just not enough to go on, yet.
Need to see some newer pics with a little more new growth. :)
Also, more pics, various angles from last year (Feb is "last" year, too) would be helpful, too.
 
1st pic looks to be 3.5

2nd pic looks to be a 2.5

easy, peasy to tell based on those pics, NOT the same deer

Now I might change my mind if you had full body shots of the second deer.... but based on the pic provided, he's just a youngster
