I had forgotten how rough this place is, no stream side trails, just rocks, mountain laurel and water. But if your into rock climbing, boulder hopping and belly crawling with rattle snakes and copperheads it can be a really good time! Very few people are willing to go to the extremes to catch these small mountain jems. It ain't easy but it is rewarding.More pics coming in the reply's since I can only post three at a time.

Great pics. That's my kind of fishing right there. I like to fish about anywhere, but I absolutely love small creeks.

yeah i like the mountains too but the way my body is now, id have to be airlifted out lol.

whats your fly rod setup?
My small stream setup is pretty basic. Orvis Clearwater rod 7'4 with a Orvis Battenkill reel in 5wt. The 7'4 is long enough for a good back cast in open areas but short enough for a good roll or slingshot cast in the tight places. It works well for me. And trust me, my body is feeling it today! Lol
