This guy has transitioned to hard horn over the past week! Love the dark rack !

I want a set of chocolate horns on my wall something bad...I had the opportunity last year on a big 10pt and muffed the shot [emoji33]. Thanks for sharing

ACTUALLY, assuming this buck will in fact be 3 1/2 about November,
for biological & harvest data purposes,
calling him "3 1/2" even in the preceding June is the correct way of stating his age :)

Male deer are usually just broken down into "cohorts"
of age classes . . . . . .
representing their ages in the their first fall (November) following birth/birthdate . . . .

Fawns (0.5 yr), Yearlings (1.5 yrs), 2 1/2's, 3 1/2's, 4 1/2's, etc.
