Single pics like this are often misleading.

Exactly but I'd say 3 1/2 no more than 4 1/2 but he is a pig but he has no sway back to me meaning he's not extremely old .

On second thought, looking at those above 2 pics from different years,
I really believe those are two different bucks.
Carefully study his left antler.
 
Older than 4.5 based on that sag in his chest. I don't believe you can accurately age a deer on the hoof older than 4.5, only teeth can tell on the older deer.
