Took this before I punched my Chuck Swan tag, snow in the distance, something like 24 degrees, not my idea of turkey hunting but it was a great hunt.

Yes, it can't get here soon enough! Ordered some new mouth calls to try yesterday.

Found my first ever morels last turkey season.

Last turkey I killed Bigasports and myself doubled. Like 4 years ago. Lol

What a fun day/hunt that was Ricky!! Watching those birds fight and wrapping their necks around each other for what seemed like forever was really cool to experience.

This one I guess other than the birds I killed. The cliff you see had a bird that I worked for 4 hours that strutted back and forth on the lip for an eternity before leaving. I didn't know it was there until it was too late and he lost interest. The woods were so open I had to hang back and never knew. Fun hunt and I eventually killed a bird in this area but that day was a lot of fun

Always ready for some thunder chickens. Took this pic last year. Momma flew when I got close but not far and then I noticed the tree with this little guy. Notice dinner in the back corner. I checked it later and the second egg never hatched. One of the coolest things I've ever seen.

big A looks 14 years old if he shaves his beard. He's pretty much got to keep it there.
