No way to even guess from that pic. I can promise you 99% of TN hunters will shoot him in a split second, regardless of his age. If you can hunt him, best of luck doing it.
^^^what Andy said^^^ i'll say 3.5 minimum but that's a COMPLETE guess based on what little you can see.

Not possible to age in that pic.
As far as score, hes in the mid to upper 150s IMO, mass helps, shorter tines hurt a bit. Still a little growing left. Incredible TN buck

I would guess around 3-3.5. Difficult pic to age the deer but nice buck.

Great buck! He's gonna be mid 50's to low 60's IMO. Age can't be assessed without a full body picture. Best of luck with that toad!
