Is this a bobcat? Looks big for a bobcat. But definitely has a spotted pattern. Also included a daytime pic for size comparison.

Just looks like a deer from the neck down to me. The spotted appearance is just a grainy photo. Same grainy-ness in the other areas of the nighttime pic.
 
I can't tell enough to say either way. I even considered the SWAG method, and had to throw out the 'S' so I'm no help in this case.
