Went Saturday and we caught them fast and furious for the 1st 2 hours and then they cut off. Some good ones too, still quite a few short fish as well. . Food plot season and deer prep time is here ans just tired of the heat. Think we will be back when the leaves start to turn. Good trip though.

You're doing better than me I haven't caught many since spring.
They have gotten tougher for us since mid June. We can usually find a dozen or so. Definitely ready for fall though
I went early Saturday morning and caught nothing. The whole way home I smelled baked ham and apparently it was me.

Life has really interfered with my fishing. I'll need GPS to find the lake if I can find time.
I love fall fishing. This is the worst time of yr in my book!

Besides all the drunken clowns and wake boats,can't stand the heat.
Im definitely sleeping in tomorrow and then going to bushhog my food plots. But i have an urge to go sunday morning. Looks like 58 degrees and i know i could put a dozen or so in the cooler and be home by noon. Still debating
