I just got back from Montana and Wyoming where I spent a week fishing. We rode horses into the backcountry every day and fished. I caught more fish than I could count, and the scenery was stunning. The horses made the treks into the remote areas so much easier. We went through high mountain passes, canyons, and meadows, mainly inside Yellowstone. It was a bucket list trip for me. I could never share enough pictures to give the true feeling of the trip, but here are just a few.

My favorite place to fish is out West. I've found that I am a much better fly fisherman out there.

Unbelievably beautiful country out there. It is hard to come back to the southeast after spending time out there, especially in the summer. Thanks for sharing.

Only one black bear. Plenty of grizzly sign though.
