What a buck! Given the history you have with pics its not hard to say 7½+....what a warrior. And its possible we under age deer often. My buddy sent the teeth off from a solid buck he killed few years back. He had no history with the buck and body wise he looked normal for the area. But looking at his teeth we knew he was old so he sent the teeth off to the Lab and the results came back 9½ year old..rare, but it does happen.

I'd guess probable more than possible. I've seen several bucks that plateau at 3.5 & never seem to get any bigger nor do they get the "old buck" tell tale indicators that we look for when aging. It's awesome when they do because it's easy to say they are mature or they're not mature. But when they don't follow the rules it gets hard to guess.
