10/22 build

What barrel do u guys recommend? I was thinking about a green
Mountain SS fluted. Not wanting to drop $300 in a barrel alone. What are u all shooting?

Hammer forged on my 10/22T it shoots well snuff I don't need to upgrade

I built one for my son about 10 years ago and put a Volquartzen Aluminum Tension barrel on it. It shoots 1 ragged hole at 50 yards with Wolf Match Extra and almost as good with CCI Standard Velocity

I like my 16" Green Mountain fluted barrel. KIDD probably makes the best but they are Expensive. I've heard good things about Feddersen also on rimfirecentral.com and they are made in Tennessee.

I have a green mountain barreled 10/22 its a 16 in fluted sporter and it shoots lights out and is not ammo picky
