It was a beautiful morning in Loudon. I had 2 bucks come by at about 8:00 A.M. The 9 pointer, the smaller of the two, was a tad over 35 yards (his mistake), the other about 50 yards (his lucky day). Both were just easing along, lightly working their horns on very small saplings. He only ran about 60 yards and piled up. A photo is in the Serious Hunting forum
This is my 1st deer with a crossbow, bought last month after my Mathews compound blew up. Crossbow is a Parker Cyclone. They're a tad awkward up in a treestand, but they'll do the job......
