#2 Down for 2009

The birds had the lock jaw this mornin. This cold front really shut em down here. I found a group out in the field about 9 this morning. There were 13 hens and this ol longbeard. I really had to pull the sneak on em to get within 100 yards at the end of the field. I got set up right as they came out of a low spot in the field and called like heck. Finially the ol boss hen got tired of it and started easing toward me and the longbeard followed close behind. After a while they got within 28 yards and I dropped the hammer.
