I killed this one Sunday around 9:15 am. Gobbled hard and came fast. I "boned" 'em. Two clucks and a soft 3 note yelp on the wingbone convinced him I was the real thing. Came close to 250yrds in a hurry. My buddy, who posted this and who is in a wheel chair by the way, killed another one last Friday. Wheeled back just over a mile to one of our "kill spots" off a gated road, got position on the Gobbler and called him to the gun. All this on public ground ;) Quite a friggin accomplishment if I do say so my self ;) He's having trouble loading the pic.

Warren that's awesome what you do for him. You helped him get one last year too. Keep in mind guys Cherokee is by no means flat and somebody is kind enough to put somebody else first and get them back there on a bird. Congrats to you both.

He does all of this absolutely on his own. He hunts from a track chair and gets back into places most would not believe. I do not hunt "with' him at all. He's a good hunter and caller. Knows the ground and knows the turkeys. I have had to come and get him unstuck a few times though :)
