Long story short - Got to lease at lunch yesterday and they wont gobble so i got my gun, binos, facemask and gloves and headed out. Spotted him in a clover strip which is in middle of a clearcut now. Spotted him from 800 yards away strutting with one hen. Went to crawling on legs and knees for 2 hrs and he went behind a brush pile. I jumped up an closed distance to pile and snuck around edge and there he was. I let the nitros do there job and he collapsed. I was exhausted.
