5.26 miles this morning and nothing. Back nearly to truck and decide enough with this soft calling. I been reading this forum too much. I cut real hard and he gobbled 200 yards. Wait a min do it again and he gobbled but hasn't moved. I jump up run 100 yards. Cut again he gobbled and I crawled another 25 yards and cut again and he hammered closer. I knew it was a done deal then raised the gun and he strutted right into my sights. 17 lb 3 oz. 9 inch beard. 1 inch Spurs. Good morning.
