My son has a 20 gauge 870. I was going to get him a turkey choke for Christmas. Does anybody have any recommendations?

I have zero experience with a 20 gauge. With that said, I have nothing but great things to say about my Kick's GT choke and my Indian Creek choke. They are both for my 12 gauge 870 SP, but boy do they throw some wicked patterns at 40 yards (dense coverage without a lot of voids) with the right shell combination. I shot the Kicks choke for ten years and I am on my third year with the IC. Check them out.

You can also read the "20 Gauge Turkey Guns" forum over at Old Gobbler. I bet you can pick up some good pointers there. Here is the link. http://oldgobbler.com/Forum/index.php

I got a Kicks gobblin thunder in my sons 870 20ga throws a mean pattern at 45yds ... I shot Winchester supreme or Hevi-13 thru it.. I think it is a .560 or .570 somewhere in that neighborhood. Kicks best choke made in my opinion been using them since mid 90's
