Does anyone have any experience with the 20 Gauge 3 inch Federal HW 7's that have Lot # 5V-37PJ671??? I believe they are this year's loads.

No, but my experience with the Federal brand is their quality control and consistency (lot to lot) is much better than some of the other brands (such as Hevi, Nitro). In fact, I think those Nitros suck, no matter how many other people like them.
