In twenty years of chasing southern turkeys early I've never seen everything so far behind in terms of blooming and greening up. The dang cherries are still in bloom which is crazy.

Birds are happy though which has been bad news for them and their health.

I like late springs my self. Makes it harder for the posers and wanna-he's the first week or so when they are all out.

It's not going well for the turkeys down here, not at all. Starting to feel guilty.....well now that I think about it, screw em they've earned their punishment

I was I'm in Georgia for the moment, although if the trend continues I will be done this afternoon

I guess Texas kinda qualifies as south(west-ish) but it's the same here right now. Late spring, turkeys still cooperating, but then again...Rios ain't Easterns. Rios are easy. :)
