Killed my second longbeard of my trip this morning, got pics but left the dang cable to upload them on the puter in Knoxville. Birds are ripping it down here, and I head to bama tomorrow, then on to GA starting Saturday. Hopefully a bunch more pics to come next week sometime, whenever I get ready to come home.

Killed two in South Carolina.

1st- 22 pounds 10.25 beard 7/8 spur

2nd- 19 pounds 9.75 beard 7/8 spur

The group killed 5 burds total.

Tough hunting- no gobbling on the roost, only on the ground.

Swamp hunting in really different than here in Middle TN.

Walked my butt off and you better have your snake boots on. Copperhead/Rattler Country.

Pics only on cell phone and I dont know how to upload them.

Sat/Sun fishing trips were called off due to high winds and rough seas.

#3 Miss bird went down about an hour ago, 10.5" Beard, 1" spurs, 18 lbs or so. Packing here in a just a few to drive the 2 hours it takes to get to the next stop in Alabama. Birds are on suicide patrol here in Miss, I heard 10-12 bird on the limb and then chased the one I killed for 2 hours through the river bottom before he stopped where we battled for another 2 hours before his hens gave in to the pressure and marched him to his death. Having fun so far this season...
