Every bow i have ever shot with less than 6 1/2 brace height hits my arm and yes i have the correct draw length. Acrually 1/2 shorter than it figures. the local pro told the string stopper would stop that hitting your arm. i just dont like wearing a guard so i use higher brace height bows.
