It's a Samsung H300. Got it for $85 on eBay.
I did have trouble with where to mount it and try to film, and had a gun mount for it on the turkey I missed.
But, the recoil totally messed up the footage, so I went with a mini tripod with the bendable legs, and attached a strap to it. On the kill, I had it strapped to my left knee, and it worked pretty good.

I looked the camera up looks fairly small. In comparison to a coke can is it smaller? I use the kodak playsport but it lacks the zoom that your camera has.
I just checked, and yes it is a little smaller. This one has a 30x zoom, but as you can tell, it can get a little shaky when zoomed in much if not kept pretty still. I think they have replaced this model with something else.
I had a Contour Roam with a head strap mount, but it also lacked a zoom and the microphone was very bad compared to other cameras, so I knew it wouldn't work for turkey hunts.
