We have decided to put our camper up for sale. It is just not getting the use like it needs, or like we would like to. One owner. We bought it new. It is a 2016 Springdale (by Keystone). 27 foot. All four tires just replaced last month. Two 30# tanks. Large slide out. Power awning. Tons of storage. Outdoor kitchen with stove and small refrigerator. Good size fridge inside that runs off gas or electric. Queen size bed on front end, bunks on opposite end. Bathroom with shower. Also, there is an outdoor shower. Heavy duty hitch will go with the camper. There will be some accessories included, like dishes, some pots and pans, wheel chocks, additional stabilizers. Battery was replaced last summer. There is a 27" TV/monitor, stereo with DVD, indoor and outdoor speakers. LED lighting under awning. AC and gas heat, but we usually used a small space heater when we were plugged in at the campgrounds. Three tanks, of which two are grey (one for kitchen, one for bathroom sink and shower) and one black water tank. City water hook-up and fresh water tank with new pump. I have all the paperwork and manuals. Asking $20,000.
