Same stand as the other day . Fresh scrape but all the commotion the other day ruined this stand for a while .

Has been kind of dead here, hoping things pick up and get does feeding in my plot this afternoon. Drizzle to rain and light winds gusting a bit every so often, just looks deery.

Got up in the stand about an hour ago, haven't seen anything yet but I did go fishing while I was here! Lol

Cold front coming in and my cell cams showing good activity. Had 3 does in the plot 35 minutes before I could get to the stand. Just need a solid buck to show up.

One pointer, a button, and two does. Need a good one to come on, running out of daylight.

Climbed up in the stand with 7 deer in my field this afternoon. Young 8 with super potential and 6 antlerless. Maybe a decent buck will show and have a Friday the 13th lucky day.

Headed to hunt with a brother from church on private. It's up in a holler with no service. Will post pictures later. It's a meat hunt so if it's brown it's down. Seed, breed, and generation! LOL Hope those that are able to get out have a successful day!!

Ended up seeing 10 deer yesterday afternoon. Very windy here this morning, and a little warmer than normal. Don't have very high expectations. But Thank you God for another day and beautiful sunrise..

Our late mz opened today. This is my favorite week to hunt of the year. I normally see quite a bit of rut activity and usually they have settled down a bit after running for their lives with the rifles going off for 2 weeks in Nov.

This morning around 6:45. Beautiful sunrise and then the Easterly winds kicked in. Was in my face which is favorable and wouldn't you know it, 20 minutes in and a nice 4pt, spike and doe walked 25 yards behind me. Never had deer come in from that direction. No shooters but fun to watch.
