I do not care that this person is a woman...nor that she is black. But....this is just simply ridiculous!!

How can ANYONE justify this amount of money for any type of sexual or gender misconduct????

A guy I work with just lost his father in a on the job accident,in Florida, due to a faulty lift strap, and his families lawsuit is only 2M dollars.

So how can ANYONE'S rights be worth more than a life???

This lawsuit is absurd!!!!! I hope Nascar has to pay...[if true]...but a couple years salary should be all she gets!
 
double ditto,just another person looking to get rich the easy way,i've seen a lot of it over the past few years,folks are sue crazy anymore & i dont see it getting any better till the laws are corrected & the crooks are run out of washington,mike243
 
I saw her interview on ESPN and Im sure things happened alot of it in humour but now since she got fired she is emotionally devastated by the events that happened. Im sure lines were crossed but not to the tune of 225m but she is black and female in a southern sport where there is not alot of either so Im sure Nascar will have to pay since the media is behind her.
 
I'm thinking that combination will be worth a lot of $$$$ also. I don't remember reading anything about her reporting any harassment of any kind until after she was fired. I would guess there's a lawyer with some big dollar signs in his eyes on this one. It's funny how some people are never bothered about something like that until they loose their job, and now they are in so much pain from being harassed they are loosing sleep!
