Another hard day... lots and lots of miles covered. No gobbles, no birds. Finally struck one blind calling. He closed 250 yards in 10 minutes and got shot at 15 yds. He initially hung up at 40, but some leaf scratching convinced him to commit.

My friend shot him with my 10g. He flopped just a tad

Another 2yo bird with 1/2 in spurs, 10.5in beard, but heavy... 2 lbs

Forgot to add... this bird had already been shot. Hole in the fan and tons of pellets just under the skin, esp around the thighs
