Are against 9-1 top 10 teams.

Bama 9-1 (rank 3) will win out.

Oklahoma 9-1 (rank 7)

Florida 9-1 (rank 8) with a good chance to win out with a W over Florida st.

Don't make me feel any better, vols should have won 2 of them games. CBJ still blew a couple games, And the vols are an average 6-4 :?

But I bet not to many teams with a good record have played 3 top 8 teams.

It's kind of frustrating, isn't it? Imagine if your only loss came on a failed 2-pt conversion on the road against the #1 ranked team....at night in the driving rain!

Yeah I'm not saying if they had that teams Schedule they would have a better record blah blah. They have had bad play calling, injuries, bad play on the field..... 100 other things that put them at 6-4.

Just stated a fact vols are 6-4 with 3 losses to top 8 teams. Guess if they was gonna drop 3 games them were not bad teams to lose to.

Clemson ranked #1

Has played 1 team currently ranked in the top 15.

Ohio st ranked #2

Have they even played a team currently ranked in the top 25 lol?

bama ranked #3

Have played 0 teams currently ranked in the top 15. (Lsu17, Wisconsin 21, ole miss25)

ND best win was Temple till they got beat by who???? Now ND best win is Navy. Stanford loss hurts ND even if ND wins out.

Look on the bright side, donkey....it could be worse. For example, your team could have an embarrassing loss to 3-5 Georgia Tech. :rotf:
True lol, and I do look on the bright side, that is why I said if the vols were gonna drop 3 games getting beat by teams inside the top 8! Are at least good teams to get beat by.

I don't keep up with Notre Dome, do they play anyone in the top 20 other than Clemson(loss for Dame)---because of the rain and wind and no ice in the cokes. :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:

The reason Domers don't want to join the ACC :rotf: :rotf: :tu:

Are you saying that ND doesn't want to join the ACC because FSU lost to 3-5 Georgia Tech? That makes no sense, especially since ND beat Georgia Tech, but ok... :rotf:

No Vermin ,ND is scared to join the ACC. You only beat wake and GA Tech. Any team in the ACC can beat ND unexpected .Join the big 10-----better fit for you.

Lol at baddnole, he doesn't know his own conference. :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:

In the ACC this year ND has already beaten Virginia, Georgia Tech, Pitt, Wake Forest and they will most likely add Boston College to the list on Saturday. :tu:

Unfortunately, you are right. Stanford's loss to Oregon really hurts ND. Last week I said that both ND and Stanford needed to win their next 2 games, and Stanford has foiled the plan. They were our chance to end the season with a very high quality win and make a great final impression with the CFP committee.

Now ND really needs to play well against Boston College and Stanford to impress the committee. My biggest concern right now is Oklahoma. Even though Oklahoma got rolled by Texas and ND absolutely destroyed Texas, I'm afraid the committee will focus more on OU's final 3 games against Baylor, TCU and Oklahoma State. Bob Stoops is already politicking for the 4th spot. OU could get the #4 spot tonight considering all the love they've gotten since beating Baylor.

Loss? You're counting that game as a loss?

A very sexy loss that's basically a win. Lose by 1 or 2 on the road, especially at night in the rain with a loud and hostile crowd, and it's basically viewed as a win or a tie.
