So I've been watching a bird for 3-4 days now on the farm by the house. Tried him yesterday but he button hooked us. Got a game plan to cut em off and I didn't know it would require me getting neked to wade a waist deep ditch in NW TN that looked like a 14 ft copperheadedcottonmouth lived there. But I did and I got him. We snuck through some nasty stuff but man it paid off! Thanks to my buddy Zack for tagging along and getting wet too. He had eyes on em where I couldn't see and kept me posted when to be ready. 9 3/4 in beard. 1 in and 1 1/8 in spurs.
