4-19-09 woodpile boys! (PICS)

[THE ONE]

Got on this ol boy in another river bottom field. It was him and five more strutters and a boat load of hens. After mulling the situation we figured the sneak attack would be best, so after a long walk we closed in by crawling about 100 yard and the rest is history. Wish i could have taken pics by the ol wood pile but it was raining! 11in beard/1 1/4 hooks/ 20lbs

Nice bird! Yall have killed some nice ones this year. Yall wouldnt let a fellow hunt with yall would ya? Ive killed one back in Pickett County but had no luck at all hunting public land up here in east tn.
