while working in the garden about 1 hour ago i heard a bird gobble. i went get my gun ans gear and set up in my groundblind i have next to a foodplot and did some calling and a few minutes later he stepped out. 9 3/4 inch beard. 20 pounds. 1 spur was 1 1/16 and the other was 7/8". im done. it sure was a good year for me.

true, i live in the middle of a 1000 acre piece of land, and i have the only foodplots in it. so the gobblers tend to be here during turkey season every year
