Could someone tell me if you are allowed to use a 410 pistol in Tennessee for turkey hunting? Don't really understand the hunting guide. Thanks

Why you say that?
The effective ethical range for a .410 pistol with TSS on turkeys is 7-10 yards. While we have all killed birds that close on occasion, realistically, its pretty rare. Misjudge the distance and he is 15 yards, and it's a coinflip whether you will kill him or just have him get away to die crippled. A birds life is worth way more respect that that in my opinion.

Have you ever seen a encore 410 pistol that has been worked on by shultz precision

Also the barrels have to be rifled to be sold and that puts some issues on the shot coming out of the barrel

Smoothbore pistols are regulated and prohibited by the feds like machineguns unless you are talking a muzzleloader

So they are sold rifled but can shoot 410

Smoothbore 20 gauge but muzzleloader

Based on that last video you could pattern one of those pistols to take a turkey
