6.5x47 Lapua Brass

I may get 100 rounds of this to break in barrel and just to shoot and get used to rifle and have good fire formed brass to start load development ,which sounds pretty straight forward,,

130 VLD with RL15 or H4350 with 140 Hybirds,,

I shoot 130 bergers in mine with H4350. You can send Berger an email and they will send you load data. I couldnt shoot the 3000 fps Internet loads.

I think I am gonna start with 130 VLDs and RL 15,,gonna get some 600 yard F-Class targets and get used to how it shoots and work on out from there,,

how long is your barrel,,mine will be 28 +/-,,and all the data I see has RL15 and Varget for the 123-130 bullets,,4350 may be to slow to get top speeds with 130`s

My barrel is 26". Just watch the temps with the rl15. I'm working between 39 & 39.5 grains of h4350 in mine. That is the powder berger suggested with the 130. I'm in the 2800 fps range at the muzzle. Mine also shoots better with shot brass vs new.
