Killed one this morning with 6 beards 10,8 1/2,7 3/4, 7 1/8, 6 3/4 and 1 in. spurs were 15/16 and 7/8 What's the most beards ya'll have seen on aa tom. Sorry not the greatest pic

I'd love to but can't afford that. And my wife wouldn't go for that in the house. LOL But definately a trophy in my book.
 
at least do a nice plaque mount, you can make one cheap, that's a lot of beards for one bird. Congrats
 
should have gotten it scored before you cut beards off if your into that.would rank pretty high in tn nice bird
 
Didn't know anything or anyone to contact. Can they not score it now with them off didn't seperate them.

you can but wont be offical but who cares.you can do it yourself and see what it would score.
 
122.675 by nwtf scoring if all my measurements are corret gonna check em again tommorrow
 
if i figured right it could've been in top 20 in state by nwtf books. Wished i would've known who to call. Still got the bird but the meat is in the fridge.
 
Here's a couple more pics. Guess it really didn't sink in til last night of how awesome this was. After takin this tom I was in a rush to check it in get home clean it and rush to a birthday party. But I'm pretty tickled about it. Got to join the NWTF so I can register it. Have to say it's been an AWESOME season so far. #3 for me My son got his first bird ever on juvi hunt and then another during the first wk And friend of mine has gotten 3. I've called all of them in except 1 that my son bushwacked. I don't know if I'm gettin better at callin or just lucky. But I'll take lucky anyday of the week.
