7 1/2 Remington Small Rifle primers

A friend of mine is reloading a bunch of 223 ammo and he has found several thousand of these primers what would be a fair price per thousand on these primers.

The last small rifle primers I bought were CCI 400s. I got 2 cases (10,000) for $25/k. I thought that was high.
