I have to cross 840 on my way into the #1 turkey harvest county in the entire state. Haven't seen any burds on 840 before but I don't drive it often. Crossed it the other day while going to a fishing hole.
Y'all must be at the wrong end. From Dickson to Fairview on both sides. Hee hee

Never been west of Fairview/100 or east of 431 on 840.

Maury County has had the highest harvest numbers, not sure how many times, but it did last spring. I bet Marshall County right to the east has at least the same bird density but it's not half the size of Maury so it didn't rank as high.Roost 1 said:
