October 4th, snuck in during a thunderstorm to white oaks bordering the thicket this guy called home. 30 minutes after the rain stopped he was standing under me. View attachment 122432
October 17th, I made a run to Ohio as a major cold front came through. 5 hour drive. 3 hour hunt and I was tagged out in Ohio. View attachment 122437View attachment 122438
October 31st, Youth hunt. My son got his biggest. He cried a little bit over this one. View attachment 122444
November 4th, I had sat 4 days straight in KY with minimal activity. Midday this buck came rite under me cruising. View attachment 122445
November 7th, Indiana public. 1.5 miles deep. View attachment 122449
November 11th, Eastern Oklahoma. Saw him cruising a thicket edge an grunt/snort wheezed him in to 20 yards. View attachment 122450
November 16th, Oklahoma public. 5 days of spot and stalk I finally caught up to one. That western hunting is way harder coming from a Eastern tree stand junkie. So rewarding!!View attachment 122451View attachment 122452
December 5th, Tennessee. Hot an windy evening me an my wife climbed in a tree overlooking a buck oats and purple top plot. Had pictures of this deer a bunch randomly but, post rut he'd setup shop on this food source. Didn't really expect to see him, but 30 minutes before dark he was feeding a 100 yards away and the rest is history.
