I guess this is a good example of why you can't look at antlers when aging: 2 yr old 7 pt and 3 yr old 7 pt.


Here's the one on the right by himself:


Anybody know what would cause this? Just awful genetics or something else? (I think he's 3.5; what say you?)



9 pt: (I can't decide if he's 3.5 or 4.5)

 
Is that a spike in the one picture? or does he have broken main beams, because his body is huge to be a spike

As far as I can tell, he's a weird looking spike, but he aint a yearling. I've seen turkeys with spurs longer than his right side. I'm not sure if that's injury, or weird genetics, or what.
