I got to messing around on paint and terraserver and drew this up. I simply cant wait to hunt my own place next year, I have pics of 3 dandy bucks and have only had my cams out for 5 days total. Now the question is what am I missing, time will tell I suppose. Anyone notice the KILLER spot at the end of that really long steep ridge? That ridge runs for a mile and a half and ends right on my place, thats where Ive gotten all of my mature buck pics. I just cannot wait, the dozer work on food plots is coming up next.

You also have some nice looking saddles and benches on that property , Steven .
I hunted areas like that at Statehouse in Fentress Co. , and the bucks would cross the logging roads in these saddles in the ridgelines .
That bench on the ridge point looks like a killer spot too .

The problem with those saddles(I think its the ones yall are referring to) on the ridge is that ridge is extremely steep. The only way I have noticed deer getting up on that ridge is by going up an old firebreak that runs up the point of the ridge. Thats where a mack daddy buck likes to bed is on the point of the ridge.
