A year in PED purgatory- The story of Will Grier

Kind of like spending all that time doing research on the internet to see if something was allowed by the NCAA but didn't just go to the trainer and ask a simple question... Ummmm

Mac had Grier's back until the story of the substance that he suppose to have taken didn't match up in Grier's initial press conference. Pretty simple, Mac had to do what was best for the team as a whole and having Grier around would of been a distraction. The media has away of dragging these things on unless you nip it in the bud.

If I remember correctly lots of gator fans were defending Grier when this happened.

Saying what he took is an over the counter drug, its not been banned long. Its not a PED, Trainers said it was fine then it was No he never asked trainers, and that was his only mistake. His a rookie & so on lots of fans defended him im sure if you looked back at old post even on Tndeer you will see UF fans saying stuff like that.

Looks like Mac had his back, but the way Grier tells the story Mac never really did. O well couple sides to every story I guess whats done is done

wish they would schedule a west Virginia Vs. UF game in 2018 that might be fun to watch lol...

I would think every college football player, from junior year of high school forward would be educated, taught, in-house tested, and so on regarding anything on the list or might be on the list. You can lose a free college education, a possible though unlikely professional career.

All water under the bridge. I'll be watching WVU next year looking for his name. In the meantime if I was Grier I'd keep my head down and my mouth shut and try to get the NCAA to cut me a break.

Did the NCAA make G-ville forfeit the 6 games?
