im trying to find and arrow(with my 100gr broadhead on it), that weighs between 350 and 400 total grains. any suggestions on any arrows out there

You would be surprised at the slight differences in speed by going up slightly in weight.

Here is an example between my normal arrow, which is an Easton St Epic that has a total weight of 422 grains and an equivelant Easton Flatline Surgical which came in at 366 grains. The Epic arrow shot out of my Mathews Reezen clocked at 281fps and the Flatline Surgical clocked 302fps. 21fps is the difference between the two and when looked at in the big scheme of things isn't really all that much, and when kinetic energy into the decision it really doesn't make any difference as both had virtually the same k/e.

A slight difference in weight will probably not change anything dramatically, but I always will prefer a heavier weight over a little more speed for penetration purposes.

It doesn't do any good to get there fast if there is not enough K/E to get the job done at the end.
Very very true. Too many bow hunters get lost in the how fast is my bow hype which typically sacrifices brace height and forgiveness . I want to know how much K/E my setup produces, how much penetration I am getting and most importantly can I consistently hit my intended target with great accuracy and precision.
