Adding sights to 870?

I saw the post on the rails by Grizz, but I'm wanting to add some semi permanent semi adjustable front and rears to my 870 for turkey hunting. I will only take them off if my new duck gun goes down which based on the first 150 shells shouldn't happen.

Recommendations?

Thanks guys, planning on knocking down my 2 KY beards this year again and not letting the rats eat them. Have beard board looking for 8 to hang on it should get me a few years.

i have Williams Fire Sights on my 870. I love them. I like that they are all metal. No plastic. Very bright.

I put a scope on my 870 and love it but since nitro has souped their ammo a little more now it hits my eye so i think i am gonna try an eotech.
