My daughter is getting into archery pretty big. She has shot some traditional at Girlscouts and now wants a bow like "dads". She is a tall one for her age and pretty strong. Where do I begin? I need to get her a decent enough bow to be happy to shoot but thats not gonna break the bank getting her set up just in case she does not stick with it. Any suggestions for a good youth bow? I plan on taking her to get measured for draw length and such in the next couple weeks and signing her up for 4H archery classes. It will be nice to have her shooting with me!! Cant wait, just want to do it right and not push her.

Most newer bows have a cam that is adjustable for a wide range of draw lengths. PSE has a Chaos or Afterburner that would fit the bill quite well. Bear makes a few bows the same way. Me personally I like the wide spectrum of draw lengths they make nowdays. I can get a better fitting bow in my opinion
