I have hunted on my families property for years and over the last few years the turkeys have all migrated to a bottom down the hill from my property. The land owner feeds them year round and keeps the the toms and hens in his sanctuary while the jakes will roam to my location, but no mature birds. Had a Tom Come run off some jakes about 50 yards from the fence line opening morning. Once they left he turned around and went back to the bottom even though he got fired up and responded to my calls non stop. What would you all do to entice the big boys to leave the bottoms. Side note: literally up to a week before season opened Toms and hens were all over my blind.

Be patient.....in time the Toms will breed the hens and look for more....I have the same challenge. I hunt a farm where the next farm over is the bottoms......if it doesn't happen off the roost...come back later. The farm that borders ours has a lot of birds...Thursday I watched 10 visible strutters in the same area. Trust me the flock will bust up.
