Advice requested for shotgun setup

I'm thinking about trying turkey hunting this season, but who knows if it will actually happen. I've never turkey hunted before but I've acquired some stuff over the years, and im going to try patterning my shotgun tomorrow. Where would you start?

Mossberg 500 12ga 3"

Chokes in hand:
Mossberg 670 xx-f turkey
HS Strut undertaker 665
Primos tightwad 660

Ammo on hand:
Hornady Versatite #5 nickle plated 1.5oz
Federal Premium #6 copper plated 2oz with flite Control wad
Winchester longbeard xr #5 1.75 oz shotlock lead

I'm not much of a mossberg guy so I'm sure ones that are can comment more on the gun set up. However I can say to throw those Hornady rounds in the lake lol

I have a mossberg 535 and an 835 both of them love the Indian Creek chokes and Longbeard 3" Longbeard #5 and #6.

Ditch the Hornadys. Probably go with longbeards.
