I use a leupold 1.5-4x20 scope on my dedicated turkey gun. I would say 3 out of 4 of my 870s shoot a little to the left, it's not too bad but when I'm shooting a golfball size paattern at 20 yards, it has to be dead on. As far as switching shells, that won't be happening anytime soon since I have 16 or 17 boxes of the hevi 7s  :grin:
