Can anyone give me an age estimation on this deer? This pic was taken about 3 weeks ago.

During the summer, guessing buck ages is much more a guess than during the fall. The chance of missing a summer buck's age by 2 or more years may be greater than missing one's age by only 1 year during November.

3 1/2 or older would be my best "guess" on the buck above, at this time of year.

Everything Wes said.

As far as body size goes he is the same size as 4.5 year olds that I can confirm their age. I have never gotten a picture of this deer. He just showed up this year. I figured he was atleast 3.5 but was hoping he was older. I guess I'll just have to wait and see how he turns out this year.

3, not enough belly for a 4 year old IMO. That being said there was a great article in QW, I believe, about the issues with judging a buck's age off of only one picture. The article had a great example of a buck that was in an unusual position and would have appeared to have been a 2 year old (he was sucking his belly in for some reason). The next pic. a few seconds later he was standing broadside in a much more "normal" position and you could tell the buck was clearly a mature deer.
